Training and Development

ASAP Medical, through its parent company Products & Device Technologies, offers its team members frequent professional training and development opportunities. Themes for these multi day sessions include leadership, presentation skills, people management, team work and many more department-specific topics. All people leaders undertake quarterly reviews with their teams to focus on their achievements and opportunities for development, leading to an organisation that is always growing and improving.

ASAP in the Community

As a company, we understand that we are dependent upon the community for our success. At the same time, we recognise the need for organisations like ours to contribute to the development of strong, healthy communities. As such, ASAP Group and our people contribute to dozens of community and charity based initiatives all over India. We are ongoing sponsors of the Akanksha Foundation and Smile Foundation.
